Payment
At ModestlyActive, we’ve made the payment process incredibly simple and convenient for you.
You can choose from a variety of payment options, including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and online store credit. If you prefer, we also offer cash on delivery. However, please note that we do not accept cheques as a form of payment.
When you browse our website, the currency for shopping and payment will automatically default to the currency of the region you are in. If needed, you can easily change the currency by selecting the option located at the top left-hand side of our homepage.
Once you have completed the necessary steps to place your order, provide your preferred payment method and fill in your details.
Afterward, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your order. However, please keep in mind that this confirmation does not guarantee that your order has been confirmed. In the case of payment card or Apple Pay transactions, your order will be accepted only after your card details/Apple Pay payment have been approved, your delivery address has been verified, and the items have been located and shipped.
Once these checks are complete, you will receive a second email from us, officially confirming your order. However, if any issues arise, we will promptly notify you, and your payment will not be processed until the matter is resolved.
